Partner: Attorney Michael A. Devane, licensed to practice in all Municipal State and Supreme Court for the State off Rhode Island and the United States Federal District Court for the State of Rhode Island.

Areas of Practice: General practitioner concentrating in all areas of Civil and Criminal litigation including Family Law, Probate and Criminal Law.

Bio: Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Michael graduated from North Chicago High school. He attended Wisconsin State University Steven Point Wisconsin, U.S. Navy in 1969 through to 1973 honorable discharge, Naval Achievement Medalist graduate of URI with BA in Psychology with high honors. 

Senior counselor with Blackstone Valley Community Action Program with certificate in Drug and Alcohol Counseling URI 1976-1980. Graduated Sulfolk University Law School in 1980. Has practiced for over twenty-five years in the State of Rhode Island. Probate Court Judge in 1988-1992 Assistant Professor at URI 1993-1995 teaching “ American Legal Systems”


Partner: Attorney Brian D. Fogarty, licensed to practice in all Municipal Courts, State Courts (for the State of Rhode Island) and the United States Federal District Court.

Areas of Practice: General practitioner concentrating in all personal injury matters and other civil matters including, but not limited to contract issues, real estate (limited practice area), landlord/tenant, employment law, bankruptcy, estate planning and probate. Areas of practice include criminal law.

Bio: Born and raised in Rhode Island, Brian Fogarty attended high school at the Mary C. Wheeler School in Providence, Rhode Island. Thereafter, he attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute, majoring in electrical engineering, where he received the equivalent of a minor in mathematics in 1989. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with distinction as a Bachelor of Arts (English) in 1993.

Attorney Fogarty attended the Roger Williams University School of Law where he graduated in the top ten percent of his graduating class. A CALI Award recipient and a Dean’s Scholar throughout his law school tenure, Mr. Fogarty was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. During law school, he worked for the Public Defender’s Office and later for the City of Pawtucket Solicitor’s Office. He placed 2nd in the State of Rhode Island on the Rhode Island Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in 1998.


Partner: Attorney Frank A. Ribezzo, Jr., licensed to practice in all Municipal Courts, State Courts (for the State of Rhode Island) and the United States Federal District Court.

Areas of Practice: General practitioner concentrating in family law and other civil matters, including but not limited to, personal injury, landlord/tenant and probate law. Areas of practice also include misdemeanor criminal defense.

Bio: Born and raised in Rhode Island, Frank A. Ribezzo, Jr. attended North Providence High School in North Providence, Rhode Island. Thereafter, he attended Rhode Island College majoring in both Sociology and Justice Studies, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 1994. 

Attorney Ribezzo attended Roger Williams University School of Law where he graduated in 1998. During law school, Mr. Ribezzo was a three time CALI Award recipient and also the Intra-School Chairperson for the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Ribezzo was admitted to practice in November, 1998.


Assistant: Born and raised in Rhode Island, Dianna L. Imondi acts in the capacity of both legal secretary and paralegal for the office in West Warwick, Rhode Island. 

Her responsibilities include some researching, preparing drafts of legal documents, filing Complaints, Motions, and other Court paperwork as appropriate, and general support for the office including typing, reception, and answering the telephones. She has been with the office for over three years.
